Vice President of Engineering - Remote US based

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, or related science degree from an accredited four-year college. A Master's or PHD is helpful but not required. Ten years of minimum experience in bio processing or related field and managing engineering personnel. Command of general chemical process industry principles and calculations.

• Solid operations and/or design experience with a variety of forms of distillation, anaerobic digestion, extraction, heat transfer, rotating, and bulk storage & transportation equipment.
• Solid experience with EH&S-related regulation, compliance, and reporting.
• Lead and manage the internal and external engineering teams of all disciplines.
• Recent exposure to the Front-End Loading project development system.
• Recent exposure to economic analysis techniques, particularly related to ag-processing, biotechnology and energy.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
• Familiar with: Spreadsheets, Aspen, Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across a very broad array of engineering disciplines and organizational levels.
• Usage of common project engineering drawings, e.g., PFDs, P&IDs, equipment procurement details.
