Salary Range: $38,000 $48,000

Job Overview

We are seeking a Talent Manager to support identifying, developing and retaining top talent. Build high?performing teams and drive organizational excellence. This role supports recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, development and retention of employees in districts within a designated geography.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and development activities for district employees.
• Collaborate with Regional Talent Manager and District Managers to ensure associate readiness for business needs.
• Uphold core values in a positive, safe, inclusive environment.
• Maintain compliance with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Report on talent metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Position Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 1?2 years of experience in recruitment, training, onboarding or operations.
• Proven leadership in recruiting, hiring, training and developing talent.
• Experience with social media marketing, networking and sourcing new talent.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
• Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance; willingness to submit to pre?employment checks.

Working Conditions

• Mostly sedentary; frequent computer use.
• Local travel up to 75% of the time; occasional long?distance travel up to 25%.
