The Maintenance Technician (Painter) plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and integrity of our facilities through skilled painting, surface repair, and general cosmetic maintenance. This position ensures our hospital environment remains clean, welcoming, and aligned with the high standards of care Womans is known for./ppRequirements:/pulliHigh School diploma or equivalent required/liliMinimum of two years of on-the-job experience in painting or cosmetic maintenance. Basic skills in painting, floor tile work, sheetrock repair, and other general building trade tasks./li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliPrepare, paint, and finish interior and exterior surfaces using a variety of tools and techniques./liliPerform general maintenance and cosmetic repairs including floor tile, sheetrock, wallpaper, baseboard, ceiling tile, and carpet work./liliConduct light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, cleaning HVAC vents, and repairing or refinishing furniture./liliInspect work areas, identify repair needs, and complete tasks efficiently and safely in accordance with hospital standards./liliMaintain organized work areas and ensure proper use and care of tools, materials, and equipment./liliAssist with other building maintenance or renovation projects as directed by Facilities Management leadership./liliPerform duties consistent with hospital policies, safety procedures, and Womans mission of excellence in care and service./li/ulpSchedule:/pulliFull-Time; Days/liliMonday - Friday/li/ulpPay Range:/pulliHourly/Non-Exempt Position/lili$15.24 - $23.62/li/ulpA Work Experience with Purpose/ppWomans is one of the largest specialty hospitals in the country dedicated to the care of women and infants.
