Construction Management Intern

We're looking for a Construction Management Intern, based at the client site in Baton Rouge, LA. You'll be responsible for supporting the project team, the overall project delivery, and the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives.

As the onsite Owners Representative, you'll be part of the team responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you'll help our team achieve our client's objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Here's what you'll need:

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Ideally, you'll also have:

• 3.0 GPA
• A previous internship related to your field of study

The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $60,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
