Crumbl Cookies - Baton Rouge is looking for Bakers! Come join our team! Looking for people who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving guests. The Baker understands recipes, mixes and bakes cookies following instructions, performs quality checks on ingredients and finished products, uses frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and processes orders from customers. As a baker, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed. To be a successful baker, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, and be teachable. Must be at least 18 years old.

Baker Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile
• Greet customers, answer questions and offer recommendations
• Understand and follow Crumbl recipes exactly
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other kitchen equipment to bake fresh cookies
• Decorate and display the finished product
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Take orders and payment using cash register
• Make sure orders are filled correctly and timely
• Clean and restock the workstation, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including evening, weekend, and holiday availability
• Able to lift and carry 10-55lbs
• Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Willing to taste and promote Crumbl Cookies
