Description

Westaff has an immediate need for an experienced Shop Helper to do shop clean up (sweeping, mopping, cleaning shards of aluminum) and sandblasting and painting.

Must have a good work ethic, be willing to learn, work very safe and be on time every day. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work overtime. Temp to hire. Great company!

Shift: 6am - 5pm (sometimes earlier/ sometimes later).

Overview of duties:

General labor and cleanup of the shop. General labor, (blasting and cleaning parts, painting, and shop clean up. Must be able to work overtime. Labor intensive, sweeping up machine shreds (aluminum). Must wear gloves, mask and safety glasses. Willing to blast parts with a sandblaster in an industrial blast room, as well as paint pumps with an industrial paint sprayer. Safety top of mind!
