Description:
It is mandatory that the incumbent is familiar with andfollows the Company's Policy for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality andtakes an active part in the compliance and improvement of the ManagementSystems to maintain our system certification. The incumbent must reportany accidents, incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems withproducts, services or systems to the HSE(Q) Department Manager.
The incumbent also has legal responsibilities undercountry-specific health and safety legislation to follow all Company policies,procedures, guidelines, control measures, signage and permit conditions and toknow what to do in an emergency. The incumbent is also responsible forthe health and safety arrangements of subordinates (if any) and for any personsvisiting them while on the Company premises.

Position: Industrial Service Helper
Job Summary: We are looking for an Industrial Service Helper tosupport our mechanics and technicians in assembly, inspection, andrepair of industrial equipment and components. This role is ideal forcandidates with industrial plant experience who want to growtheir career in a leading maintenance and engineering services company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist mechanics with assembly, inspection, and repair of equipment in industrial facilities.
- Support testing and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and components.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Comply with all Safety and Environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper use of company-owned tools and equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Exposure to hydraulic and mechanical assemblyis desired.
- Support testing and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and components.
- Assist mechanics with assembly, inspection, and repair of equipment in industrial facilities.
- Prior mechanical and hydraulics experience is required.
- Comply with all Safety and Environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper use of company-owned tools and equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Must live in the Baton Rouge / Port Allen area.
