The scope of the proposed services includes the following:
Experience and expertise in web development using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and HTML.
Design, code, compile, test, debug, and document new and existing web applications.
Perform maintenance and provide support for existing applications.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing on new code.
Participate in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.
Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to State personnel for all requested work.
Monitor, review, and audit performance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
Mandatory Expertise and Experience
Candidates must have:
2+ years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:
C#
ASP.NET Core
Entity Framework
Desirable (Preferred) Expertise and Experience
The following skills and experience are desirable but not mandatory:
2+ years of experience in the following areas:
Developing applications using MVC architecture in .NET Core (2.x, 3.x, .NET 5 or later)
Vue.js
Bootstrap
JavaScript
SQL Server (T-SQL)
SSIS / SSRS
IIS
Agile / Scrum methodology
Distributed design systems (SOA / Microservices)
DevOps practices (CI/CD)
***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
