About the Opportunity

Our client is growing its Construction Division and is looking for a Construction Manager who can take full ownership of commercial projects. This role is ideal for a construction leader who enjoys responsibility, structure, and delivering results.

You'll oversee estimating, site planning, budgets, schedules, field teams, and subcontractors while working closely with leadership to scale the division.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end construction project management
• Site evaluations, estimating, and quoting
• Project budgets, schedules, and execution
• Leadership of field superintendents and crews
• Material purchasing and subcontractor coordination
• Use of systems to track progress, costs, and timelines

You'll Be Successful If You…

• Have 5+ years of construction experience
• Have led teams or projects in a management role
• Are confident in estimating and budgeting
• Like structure, accountability, and clear ownership
• Are comfortable using project management systems
