Express Employment of Baton Rouge is looking for Experienced Detailing Technicians and Car Wash Attendants to work with a Luxury Dealership in the Baton Rouge area. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to gain long-term employment with the dealership and gain commission once hired on after completion of the evaluation period.

Monday - Friday 9AM until 6PM

Saturday 8AM until 3PM

JOB DUTIES:

• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using a variety of products and methods.
• Apply protective finishes to the exteriors of our customers' cars using tools such as handheld buffers.
• Perform inspections to ensure that each step of the cleaning process has been completed to company standards.
• Answer any questions that customers have about their car detailing.
• Assist in the management of inventory and reordering of supplies.
• Perform other tasks as requested by direct supervisors and lead technicians.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience with car detailing (experience with luxury vehicles is preferred).
• Willingness to work a weekend shifts based on staffing needs.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Professionalism in complying with all company procedures and policies.
• Ability to use a variety of car cleaning products and tools.
• Comfortable working outside for periods of time while cleaning exterior of vehicles.
