Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests into the waterpark
- Assist waterpark guests with ticket sales and redemption
- Operate point of sales system for retail purchases
- Provide outstanding guest service waterpark patrons, while interacting professionally and respectfully with guests
- Answer guest questions accurately and consistently
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
- Assist with other waterpark operations as assigned
Classification: Summer seasonal, generally 20-35 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a customer service role
