About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering top-notch service to a diverse range of clients, including those in the residential and commercial sectors.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and patience in all interactions.
- Collaborate with account managers to assist clients effectively.
- Possess proficient computer skills.
- Handle multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Work hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Your daily duties will include contacting clients, scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls, resolving client concerns, and serving as a link between clients and our Quality Production Managers.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
