Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation (Fully Remote)

Leading national defense firm is seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney with 3+ years of experience in Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with an excellent reputation and a collegial, collaborative work culture! Open to Claimant's or Defense side experience.

Responsibilities

• File review and legal analysis of workers compensation claims
• Manage cases from start to finish
• Legal research and drafting of client correspondence
• Regularly representing clients at depositions and hearings

Qualifications

• Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Kansas
• 3+ years experience
• Superior analytical and problem?solving skills
• Solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills
