The IT Tech Support/Analyst will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for end-user systems, applications, and infrastructure within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires extensive experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 platforms, as well as a solid understanding of Active Directory, networking fundamentals, device management, and modern endpoint administration through Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD). The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, organized, and capable of prioritizing and resolving complex technical issues while providing an exceptional user experience.
The duties of the IT Tech Support/Analyst may include, but are not limited to the following:
