Submit service logs and billing documentation according to procedure
Attend all OAAS Mandatory meetings and trainings
Check and respond to all phone calls daily
Maintain training requirements
Report any significant concerns and critical incidents to supervisor/SIMS
Rotate on call 24 hour support to program participants

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in the Human Service Field. Within first three months of employment, must become certified in IHC and Plan of Care. Maintain valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, excellent writing and computer skills required.
