Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing - Develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
• Employee Relations - Foster a positive workplace culture and mediate disputes.
• Training & Development - Implement training programs and leadership initiatives.
• Performance Management - Oversee performance appraisals and employee growth.
• Compliance & Legal - Ensure adherence to labor laws and workplace policies.
• Compensation & Benefits - Manage payroll, salary structures, and benefits programs.
  
  Requirements:
• 5 plus years of Human Resources experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• PHR certification preferred
• Industrial Background
