What You Will Do:
Work under the direct supervision of a registered nurse to assist in delivering patient care that enhances quality of life for patients and families. Support the nursing staff by preparing the patient and operating room for surgery and assisting during procedures.

What We're Looking For:
- Compassionate, team-oriented individual committed to high-quality patient care
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, Basic EMT Certification, Military Medic experience, or Nursing Student with completed fundamental clinical rotation in an RN program desired

What You Will Do:
Work under the direct supervision of a registered nurse to assist in delivering patient care that enhances quality of life for patients and families. Support the nursing staff by preparing the patient and operating room for surgery and assisting during procedures.
- Assist with delivery of personalized care for operating room patients, including surgical shave preps and transportation of blood and medications
- Perform technical tasks such as obtaining, cleaning, and managing equipment and retrieving medications in compliance with protocols
- Transport patients to and from the operating room, ensuring proper identification, infection control practices, and safe handling
- Maintain a clean and safe OR environment by cleaning rooms, managing instruments, and restocking supplies
- Routinely monitor anesthesia cart supplies and maintain safety standards such as securing stretchers, side rails, and reporting hazards
- Perform other duties as assigned
