Marketing Assistant / Project Manager

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand redefining wellness through high-performance, beautifully designed products in the fitness and hydration space. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant / Project Manager to support and streamline our marketing operations.

This role is perfect for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to work in a dynamic, remote environment. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing lead to ensure all initiativesfrom email campaigns to product listingsare executed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Own and maintain all marketing tasks and timelines in Asana (or similar project management platforms)
• Ensure deadlines are met and projects are tracked accurately
• Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain project momentum

Platform Updates

• Support content updates for product listings and promotions on Shopify
• Make listing updates and adjustments on Amazon Seller Central
• Manage asset collection and communication between teams and contractors

Marketing Support

• Assist the marketing lead with executing content strategies, social media calendars, and scheduling
• Help draft, schedule, and analyze email campaigns via Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platform)
• Create and proofread content with strong attention to grammar, tone, and brand consistency
