Night Auditor - Hotel

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor at our Candlewood Suites in Gonzales, LA, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and delivering exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts

- Balance and verify all revenue, expenses, and financial reports for the previous day

- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy

- Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs as needed

- Maintain security and safety protocols during overnight hours

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area

- Support other hotel departments as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel front desk, accounting, or night audit preferred

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
