Your main responsibility will be to prepare online customer orders with precision and efficiency while delivering excellent customer service and staying updated on product offerings and standards.

• Prepare online orders by accurately selecting products and organizing them for timely pickup.
• Identify out-of-stock items, recommend suitable substitutions, and highlight advertised specials.
• Ensure accurate checkout totals by properly weighing, keying, and scanning items.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and food safety standards to guarantee freshness.
• Organize, bag, and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Exhibit a friendly, customer-focused attitude while assisting with online orders and addressing customer inquiries.
• Stay familiar with product codes and promotional items.
• Keep informed about payment policies related to various payment methods.
• Handle products cautiously to minimize damage.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Promote product sales through suggestive selling techniques.

• Must be at least 16 years of age; 21 in Louisiana.
• Must be 21 or older to drive for company business.
• Relevant certifications required where applicable.

• Regular hand usage for reaching and handling objects.
• Continuous standing or walking required.
• Occasional lifting of objects up to 75 lbs.

• Primarily work within a retail store setting.
