This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry : Accurately input and update data into our systems and databases following established guidelines and procedures.
• Data Verification : Review and verify the accuracy of data to maintain data integrity and prevent errors.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular quality checks to identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Data Maintenance : Ensure that all data is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to authorized personnel.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive records of data entry activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Reporting : Generate reports summarizing data entry activities and data accuracy for management review.
• Confidentiality : Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Communication : Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to address data-related inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
• Proficiency in data entry software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and database systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
