Dietary Position

Responsible for preparing quantity food according to standardized recipes in a sanitary manner, which meets state and local health department regulations. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Six months to one year of cooking experience in a hospital, institution, or restaurant preferred (completion of a formal technical school in hotel or institutional cooking may be substituted).
