Requirements

What You'll Learn Through OJT

• How to repair, rebuild, and service industrial equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, turbines, blowers, and mixers.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and repair drawings.
• Dismantling, repairing, and reassembling machinery.
• Aligning and calibrating equipment parts.
• Working with rotating equipment and precision tools.

Requirements

Education

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience

No prior millwright experience requiredjust a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
