The Stable Supervisor is responsible for the operational oversight of the of the Companys facilities and the Stable app. This role involves managing daily operations, including staff training, working with members and trainers, coordinating with marketing and tech teams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The supervisor also oversees the facility's brand and digital presence by working with marketing teams on social media efforts and app content development. Additionally, they are tasked with supervising equipment maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships to guarantee operational excellence.
