Account Service Project Coordinator

The Account Service Project Coordinator is a detail-oriented, entry-level position that offers support to the Account Service department, with a focus on project management. Although not assigned specific accounts, APCs perform essential department tasks to aid Managers with a large focus in email marketing coordination.

Responsibilities May Include (But Are Not Limited To) Below:

• Email coordination (requests, checking, URL creation & coordinating deployment)
• Data analysis (scorecards, pricing comparisons, competitor research, etc.)
• Administrative department tasks (daily notes, schedules, etc.)
• Creative tasks (requests, proofing & coordinating approvals)
• Quality assurance (proofing pages, social posts, art, etc.)
• Task management of your own tasks, as well as working with team members to ensure you receive the needed materials on time

Qualifications

• Local to Baton Rouge, LA
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail (high level of being detail-oriented)
• Eagerness to learn & contribute ideas
• Organizational & follow-through skills
• Ownership of tasks and time management skills
• Experience in project management and/or project management tools is preferred
