What We're Looking For:
• Independent problem solver with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members
• 3 to 6 years of experience maintaining medical equipment
• Associate degree in electronic technology, biomedical technology, or equivalent military training/experience
• Proficient in medical electronic principles, schematics, and theories
• Works effectively with limited supervision

What You Will Do:
Play a key role in maintaining and repairing critical patient care equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety throughout the healthcare system. As a Biomedical Technician II, you will also support the development of junior technicians and help enhance our department's capabilities.
• Complete all assigned preventive maintenance (PM) for the current and prior months, following work orders and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain accurate PM program documentation in accordance with department policies
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of medical equipment using test equipment and service manuals
• Ensure all repaired equipment is thoroughly safety-checked and documented
• Calibrate and repair complex patient care devices
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to Biomedical Technician I team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
