What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, association events, and special events
• Collaborate with clients to build and maintain the events creative vision
• Support the Event Production Team in identifying and mitigating project risks
• Fulfill pre?production, execution, and post?production responsibilities according to established SOPs
• Participate in internal and client debriefs to ensure documentation is archived

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
• 5+ years of live event experience in roles such as Producer, Stage Manager, or Production Coordinator
• Onsite crew management experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of hospitality industry processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with ShoFlo software>
  
• Previous experience in client relationship management
