**Description**The Senior Technology Leadership Professional collaborates with Associate VP, Directors and Managers on quality goals and initiatives in all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. You will work on a diverse scope of problems and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial and accountable for the quality of multiple areas under multiple Directors or people leaders.**Responsibilities**The Quality Technology Leader collaborates with business and Application / Program owners to ensure the maturity of quality in the delivery of technology solutions. They are highly experienced with testing principles and quality best practices, and how to work with teams to apply them to the organization. They know quality management at a detailed level, so as to provide the best recommendations for standards, best practices, and personalized quality initiatives for one or more domains. The QTL is expected to develop deep-rooted expertise to provide long term knowledge continuity within an assigned area.**Specific Responsibilities:**+ Create and maintain domain quality strategy document+ Create and maintain a domain test automation strategy+ Review and follow published enterprise test policies+ Monitor and interpret KPIs (key performance indicators)+ Monitor and work to improve application risk scores+ Monitor application security score cards+ Assess testing resources assigned+ Incorporate feedback loops to improve quality+ Measure testing effectiveness by domain+ Conduct Lessons Learned and Maturity Assessments+ Create and maintain quality Maturity Action Plan (MAP)+ Communicate maturity activities and status to stakeholders and leadership+ Review defect trending for root cause / potential corrective action+ Communicate training & education for testing leadership / testing resources+ Mentor Senior Quality Engineers / Quality Engineers+ Evangelize testing best practices+ Update SPARQ Dashboard Resource tab with current SQE / QE resource information**Required Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree+ Five or more years of quality delivery leadership experience+ Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure+ Experience with testing strategies, tools, methodologies, and repeatable delivery of quality outcomes+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.+ Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders+ Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences**Preferred Qualifications**+ MBA or other Advanced Degree+ Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams+ Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes+ Six Sigma certification+ ITIL certification+ STQB certification+ Previous testing team leadership experience+ Ability to translate metrics data into actionable information for delivery leaders**Additional Information:**Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
