Role Overview

As Key Accounts Manager, you will play a vital role in onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with CreditBPO's largest and most strategic clientsincluding banks, conglomerates, and government agencies. This role is both relationship-driven and data-informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts post-sale
  • Lead client onboarding and training sessions, ensuring strong product adoption
  • Manage ongoing communication and issue resolution
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with BD/RevOps teams
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risk of churn
  • Serve as voice-of-the-customer for internal teams (product, ops, leadership)
  • Prepare and present account reports and insights

Requirements

  • 35 years experience in B2B customer success, account management, or sales
  • Proven success managing enterprise relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Highly organized with a track record of managing complex client workflows

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot), project tracking (e.g., Trello, Notion)
  • Experience in fintech, procurement, or SaaS
