Poolemerica Enterprises, a proud division of Express Employment Professionals of Baton Rouge, LA, is searching for an energetic, polished, and people-focused Front Office & Recruiting Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our fast-growing organization!

Full-Time Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

No Weekends.

As our Front Office & Recruiting Coordinator, youll be the first impression for both associates and clients. In this dynamic role, youll:

  • Greet and assist visitors, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments
  • Guide candidates through processes and opportunities
  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates
  • Partner with clients to support their hiring needs
  • Keep the office running smoothly with data entry, filing, and scanning
