Watermark Baton Rouge, located beautiful downtown, is looking for a full-time Guest Services Agent, who would report to the Front Office Manager. The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. For this position, college coursework in a related field is helpful and experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
