We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Laboratory Services to lead the strategic, operational, and administrative functions of our laboratory. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving performance improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence across all lab operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of laboratory operations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and quality assurance. Employ and oversee qualified personnel to ensure accurate and timely testing and reporting. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards. Participate in policy-setting committees and interdepartmental initiatives.
