Job Details

The Fulfillment Associate prepares products, places in shipping / staging area and tracks deliveries and related invoices.

Essential Duties:

• Checks fully and completely all manifests/products staged for delivery before placement on delivery van.
• Prepares all products for sale, including verification of labels/tamper seals for compliance, packaging, etc. in accordance with ABC regulations and in-house policies when needed.
• Pulls and places product in vault staging area once given the final LeafLink invoice.
• Unloads all product once arrived at dispensary.
• Represents Good Day Farm company and provides great customer service to each dispensary.
• Reports any concerns/discrepancies on route to manager. Communicates with manager regarding any rejections/returns that may occur.
• Monitors all cash transactions and documentation.
• Provides daily documentation of receipts, manifests and invoices, transit logs are given to the accounting department.
• Tracks all information (UIN up to final stage of sell).
• Tracks all UINs and Test Batch IDs (Steephill and F.A.S.T.).
• Locates each Test Batch ID for all products going to each Dispensary. Downloads digital files and building each dispensaries file for final transaction email.
• Moves digitally UINs to appropriate room within BioTrack THC (States tracking system).
• Places physically all products for each dispensary within our shipping/staging area. Keeps all product organized and separated for each dispensary and the delivery team to accurately load on to the delivery vans.
• Assists with any other projects/vault/delivery duties that are assigned by manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check
• Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally.
