Summary of the Opportunity

Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company focused on AI-related projects within Microsoft Teams.

Role Summary: As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for producing designs, mock-ups, and solving complex problems related to AI and Copilot functionalities. You will work on cutting-edge AI technology and play a crucial role in the development of AI products within Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and generate technical specifications for software components and applications

Serve as a technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts

Design, test, implement, and support solutions using industry best practices

Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met

Adapt to changes in an evolving environment and adjust work accordingly

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success

MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience in product design

BA degree in Human-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or User Experience Design

Strong portfolio showcasing pixel-perfect designs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to problem solve and communicate solutions effectively

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with Figma (minimum ____ years)

Experience with design planning tools like Azure DevOps (minimum ____ years)

Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, including Outlook and Teams (minimum ____ years)
