Digital Adoption Technical Program Manager

Join KPMG US as a Digital Adoption Technical Program Manager within the Digital Nexus technology organization. KPMG is a leading provider of audit, tax, and advisory services, known for its culture of innovation, inclusive environment, and commitment to community support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert on the WalkMe platform, guiding solution architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities while leading technical development of high-profile solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business, IT, and vendor partners to translate requirements into technical solutions, and communicate progress, timelines, and resources to senior leadership.
  • Design, implement, document, and maintain WalkMe governance, including branding, change management, and best practice adoption.
  • Oversee rigorous QA processes, conduct builder audits, and manage troubleshooting for key WalkMe implementations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of DAP builders and analysts, fostering skill development and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Analyze platform usage data to identify enhancement opportunities and develop technical documentation and training materials.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in technical program management, focused on digital adoption platforms, system integrations, or large-scale enterprise software implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency with the WalkMe platform and expert-level skills in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, UX principles, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize technical programs at enterprise scale and to mentor technical teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship; no sponsorship available.
