About this Job Mission. The mission of the LSLBC is to protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public dealing with those engaged in the contracting vocation; to afford such persons an effective and practical protection against the unlawful and fraudulent acts of contractors with whom they contract; and to maintain the integrity of the construction industry. Further, the Board shall monitor construction projects to ensure compliance with the licensure requirements of the statutes. About this Position. The Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors is seeking a Licensing Analyst to play a role in administering and managing licensure for contractors across multiple classifications in accordance with Louisiana state laws.
