Job Summary: This job supports the design & execution of the company's value-based reimbursement strategy. This includes developing and maintaining our development lifecycle, managing operational processes & data for VBR strategic initiatives, and supporting the development and execution of key strategic initiatives for the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to, elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, communication and implementation. Assists in the development of strategy for initiatives and key partners, assists leadership in connecting Value-Based strategy to broader organizational strategy, and identifying new opportunities by providing insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. The incumbent will be responsible for multiple projects including internal department-specific activities and cross-functional projects, as well as working with individuals external to the business and company.

Pay Range Minimum: $67,500.00 Pay Range Maximum: $126,000.00
