Responsibilities

• Design impactful digital ads: Create eye-catching, conversion-driven digital ads across various platforms.
• Elevate branding: Collaborate on the design and evolution of brand identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create stunning web experiences: Design innovative websites that not only look great but provide seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with our creative team, strategists, and developers to conceptualize and produce visual solutions that align with strategic business goals.
• Manage the creative process: From concept through execution, oversee the design process to ensure the final product exceeds expectations.
• Grow as a designer: Stay on top of design trends, tools, and techniques, and push the boundaries of creativity.
• Craft consistent visuals: Develop high-quality visual assets for a wide range of deliverables, including branding materials, websites, social media, digital ads, presentations, and print collateral.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise: 3+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on digital ads, branding, or web design.
• Proven track record: Developing and evolving brand identities, creating logos, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
• Strong experience: Designing websites, with a solid understanding of the WordPress CMS, SEO, and web design principles.
• Portfolio: Showcasing your work in branding, digital ads, web design, and other visual design projects.
• Creative vision and problem-solving: Ability to balance creative expression with business objectives, crafting designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Keen eye for detail: Ensuring all design elements are polished and aligned with project goals.
• Collaborative and communicative: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and receive feedback in a constructive way.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar design tools).
• Extra points: Experience with Webflow, Creatopy, svgator.
