Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of experience in administrative services; OR Six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR A bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties:
Coordinate and oversee daily operations for assigned administrative functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Manage key operational areas such as Mail Operations, Printing, Telecommunications, Vehicle Management, or similar services based on organizational needs.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and records management systems.
Support facility operations by assisting with maintenance activities, safety protocols, and security procedures.
Participate in fiscal management duties including budgeting, payroll, payables, receivables, and financial tracking.
Assist with contracts and grant processes by maintaining documentation and supporting compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments to support personnel administration and information technology needs.
Identify risks and support efforts in safety and risk management initiatives to protect staff, facilities, and resources.
Research and recommend improvements that enhance the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of assigned areas.
