Our client, a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS company that's doubled revenue through acquisition and product expansion, is seeking a Controller to partner directly with the CFO during an exciting growth phase.
What You'll Do
- Own & optimize accounting operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting, lead the accounting team, and drive process improvements.
- Enhance reporting: Build out board reporting and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance & accuracy: Manage ASC 606 and work internally with sales on contracts.
- Contribute to strategic growth: Develop scalable accounting policies and support M&A and system implementations.
- Coach and develop: develop and mentor a three person accounting team.
- CPA preferred
- Public accounting experience with SaaS clients or Accounting Manager/Controller with experience with a growing company or SaaS
- A process improver who thrives in evolving environments
