What you will do:

• Prepare and revise correspondence, memoranda and legal documents.
• Prepare for large transactional closings.
• Maintain electronic document management system.
• Maintain Outlook calendars.
• Enter daily time in Aderant.
• Reimbursements and check requests, if needed.

What you bring:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• 3-5 years' experience as legal administrative assistant
• Superior technology skills - proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with iManage and Aderant a plus
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage workload
• High degree of professionalism and the ability to exercise good judgment
• Punctuality and initiative
• Strong organizational skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
