Contractor Network Coordinator
PRIMARY PURPOSE : To monitor and maintain contractor's files and to ensure expiring documents and credentials remain current.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews and processes compliance documents (Insurance, License, etc) for onboarding and existing Contractor Accounts.
Obtains necessary credentialing documents required for verification
Works with network leadership to facilitate communication to contractors within the contractor network and other departments.
Assists and supports Compliance Manager with contractor communications and research.
Ensures approved (new) contractors have activation documentation including licensure and routinely follow-up to guarantee compliance.
Conducts system-wide Carrier Launches and new Service Programs.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).

Excellent oral and written communication skills
PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks and set priorities
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
Insurance Documentation Experience.
