Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Manager to lead our warehouse quality and inventory operations. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a 7-day-a-week Inventory & QA team to ensure 99.5% inventory accuracy and a 97%+ SQF audit score.
• Develop and implement processes that improve food safety, productivity, and employee retention.
• Manage cycle counts, product rotation, and reconciliation to maintain optimal stock control.
• Oversee audits, food safety programs (SQF, HACCP), and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build a strong, engaged team culture centered on accountability and growth.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years in Quality Assurance and Inventory Control, ideally in the produce or consumer packaged goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 65°F).
