Job Details

Accountable for concept development, including establishing project objectives, validating business justification, and defining potential options. Lead project feasibility analyses, encompassing options evaluation, cost estimating, preliminary scheduling, and economic analysis. Drive project prioritization and recommend changes to the capital plan, ensuring alignment with business priorities and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Conduct timely engineering and technical studies to assess proposed projects, evaluating risks and potential impacts to operations. Participate in or lead Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs), What-If analyses, Management of Change (MOC) reviews, and other PSM-related safety assessments. Provide accurate and comprehensive design input and review for projects, ensuring effective coordination with area and site personnel.
