Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Chemistry & Technology Manager provides leadership for product stewardship, raw material specifications, and product development across the company. This role ensures that products are designed, manufactured, and delivered in compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. The position serves as the technical authority for material chemistry, product performance, and product safety, driving both compliance and innovation. Job Responsibilities Own and maintain raw material and product specifications, ensuring consistency, reliability, and compliance with internal standards and customer needs. Lead product stewardship programs, including regulatory compliance, safety data sheets, labeling, and customer support on product safety and environmental matters.
