Maintenance Supervisor (Manager)

Baton Rouge area

A chemical company needs a maintenance manager for a mid-sized operation (plus satellite site). Budgets, personnel, programs, CAPEX, both maintenance and reliability, etc.

KEY:

• 10+ Years in maint/reliability at plants/active chemical or similar sites
• Must have maintenance management experience in plants
• Experience with turnarounds

Job:

• Manage the maintenance + reliability program including approx 15-20 direct/indirect reports
• Management $4M - $5M budget plus TAR work
• Hire, fire, promote, provide dynamic system of career development for your group
• Work with TPM (and developing more advanced) system
• Extensive work with site manager and offsite maintenance director
• Extensive work with RCFA, Mechanical Integrity, etc

Required/Preferred:

• Four year engineering degree required
• 10+ years of maintenance experience; significant amount in some form of management.
• Must have most work in PSM environment and in chemicals/petrochemicals/refining.
• Must be a U.S. citizen/resident

Compensation $140K - $160k, bonus, relocation available
