Description:

Responsible for driving sales for client products and services in an approved Big Box Retail location or other assigned location while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling customer requests, inquiries and complaints regarding orders, billing and service in a professional manner. Implements sales strategies for Client and serves as a strategic partner in the overall operation of the organization. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting established sales, revenue, and customer experience objectives by ensuring customers are provided with the appropriate product and accessory solutions. As a critical member of the sales team, this role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Guides customers through the purchase decision and activation process of client product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless).

Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services.

Ensures individual sales targets are met

Executes promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives

Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers

Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues

Strives to exhibit best-in-class customer service skills

Contributes to sales area up-keep and cleanliness

Clearly explains and illustrates product and service capabilities and continuously expands on industry knowledge.

May be required to work in other locations that are in proximity to home store to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED

Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience target goals

Willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays

Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and services

Must have reliable, consistent transportation and ability to work at a variety of retail locations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-based approach

Preferred Experience

1 or more year of experience preferred in related field (i.e. Sales, Retail Sales, etc.)
