Work closely with other departments, including maintenance, quality, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operational Management, or a related field
Strong understanding of technical aspects of manufacturing processes relevant to Tissue/Towel Paper Machine Operations
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
