CDM Smith is looking for Inspectors to provide independent, professional construction inspection and oversight of federal construction projects with agencies such as USACE, AFCEC, and NAVFAC. This is a pipeline requisition for future projects. The Construction Inspection Specialist documents inspection findings and communicates issues to project leadership. The role requires applying broad professional knowledge of construction practices to meet client needs, clearly communicating project progress and issues to diverse functional teams and project leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully, safely, and in compliance with applicable requirements. Work is performed independently under limited supervision.
