Job Description:
SCOPE: The Volunteer Services Supervisor is responsible for strategic coordination, daily supervision, and overall management of volunteer events, programs, and activities across the Mary Bird Perkins network. This role ensures that volunteers are effectively recruited, trained, and scheduled with the goal of expanding the size and scope of volunteer services and ultimately enhancing the patient and family experience. The Supervisor will serve as a liaison between leadership, clinic champions/ site contacts and the volunteer team, ensuring all services are delivered with empathy, professionalism, and in alignment with the organizational mission.
